3CX Phone Android does not vibrate when receive a call

Good morning,
When I receive a call, the phone rings but does not vibrate. If I have the phone in my pocket and I'm in a noisy location, I do not hear the calls coming.
Any ideas to fix this problem?

It is quite bizarre that this function is not present... Does anyone need this feature?

This function works for me on my Galaxy S6 but doesn't work on a Droid 1 original
