3CX Phone(App) cannot connect

Hi,

since a few hours all of my 3CX Phones(Android/IOS Apps) are not able to connect to the 3CX.
I think something with the TunnelProxy wont work. I see on my UTM that the 5090 Packets are going thru.

So has someone any idea what it could be?

Update:
I restarted the SIP/RTP Tunneling-Proxy, now it works fine.
But why it happend? Because when i restarted the hole system it didn´t helped.

If issue involved the 3CXPhoneSystem, better to ask your question on the PBX forum, has better "visibility" there:

A tunnel service log would be recommended.
