3CX phone app interfering with notifications for other apps

I recently installed the 3CX app on my Google Pixel 2 XL and since that time I have not been receiving LED notifications for texts or emails. I use the Textra app for text messaging and the Gmail app for emails. Both apps are set to blink the LED when I have a new text or email. Ever since I installed the 3CX app I have not been receiving any LED notifications at all. I still receive other notifications when I get a text/email (vibrate and preview on lock screen) but the LED does not blink at all. Any advice for settings changes or any other troubleshooting would be great. Thanks.
