I use 3CX phone for windows version 12. But the registration won't work?
Anyone who can help me?

What version of 3CX Phone System are you running?
Is the 3CX phone for windows installed on a computer in the same LAN?
Have you create an account for the 3CX phone for windows?

It's even on the same computer.
Yes we have created an account.

Are you running a 3CX Phone System (3CX PBX), which version, licensed or free version?
3CX Phone for Windows only work together with the 3CX Phone System.

What does the Server Activity Log shows when the 3CX Phone for Windows is registering?

We found the solution for registration problem, but we have another problem. We can call the system itself but if we try to call phone number it hangs up immediately and says: ''destination not found''. What could we do to solve the problem?
