3cx Phone programming to dial 1 ext only

Looking to see if anyone has programmed a softphone to block all internal extension calls except to a single designated extension. Need to emulate PBX HOT line programming or door phone programming.

I've never seen a soft-phone that has a feature like that, not to say that one isn't available. I can understand an ATA or VoIP set having that feature, and many do, but usually if a phone is on someones computer you want them to have the flexibility to call most, if not all numbers.

You could restrict that particular extension to being able to access only internal numbers, but then that would require them still having to dial a number.

Have you tried using the Outbound calls rule to block a set of extensions?

Specify the 'no-call' extensions, then set the number length to your extension length and forward to a bogus route.
