3CX Phone System - Scheduled Backup Failed

3CX Phone System tried to backup but failed due to the following reason(s):

I have had this issue with a couple of systems recently, I've had to disable automatic backup till I get a solution.

It happens to me also with all Linux implemetations -- randomly, about once in 2 months. Not happening with Windows implementations. I have a total of about 50 installs.
Problem is solved with services restart.

This error happens some times which is related with the scheduled backup and there were quite a few improvements made in V15.5.3849.1 (SP1). However, If you are not using the current version which is the V15.5.3849.1, please try upgrading to this version of the 3CX Phone system. Please note that we are working on it in order to get it completely addressed in a future service pack.

With version 15.5.3849.1 on Linux this error happens rarely, but still happens, probably once in 2 months with everyday backups. I have about 50 installations of 3CX and can make relative good statistics.

What version of Windows are you using? Mine is 2012 R2 Standard (SPLA licenses).
