Helllo Team,

I am using 3cx power dialer to make an outbound call and it's working fine with 3cx call flow manager
Now I am getting challenged when the recipient number goes to voicemail.

Here, I have uploaded 30 numbers to dial automatically in 3cx power dialer and I have a 10-minute pause dial between the next call and when the existing call is over. So when 3cx auto-dials the number and gets 4 numbers it goes continuously into voicemail. then my agent wasted 40 minutes due to just voicemail.

So is there any way 3cx can automatically send a voicemail or cut the voicemail call and get another call immediately to an agent?

Hello @nocteam,

Those are limitations of what you can do with a CFD dialer. There is no way to detect if a call is answered by a human or an answering machine. And you can't really control the number of calls you make, your agent's productivity will never be the best....

I encourage you to take a look at SIP Caller, our cloud based outbound call dialer. It has been designed from the ground up to be easily integrated with 3CX, and it provides many features that will sky rocket your agents productivity. Among others:
- It can detect if the call is answered by a human or an answering machine, only sending to your agents calls connected to real people.
- The predictive dialer uses an advanced algorithm to learn from previous calls in the campaign, so it can do a very good estimation of the call transfer rate, and adjusts the calling rate to the number of agents available, also considering the total number of agents, the calculated transfer rate, and other variables. The overall result is that you agents will have more time to have fruitful conversations with your customers. This functionality will dramatically boost your agents' productivity.
- The platform is designed to be extremely easy to use, you can integrate it with your 3CX server in minutes, and you will have a user friendly management console to create call flows (how to interact with your customers), define campaigns, manage the numbers to call, and get reports.
- SIP Caller will give you real time and historical reports. From the dashboard you know which numbers are being called, how your campaigns are progressing and much more. And from the reports section you have details call by call of what happened, and also summarized reports provided as insightful charts that will let you take smart business decisions.

Please take a look and contact me in case of having any questions.

3CX doesn’t have a built-in power dialer, but you can use the predictive dialer with CRM integration to automate outbound calls. Another option is setting up a queue with agent call distribution.

Do you mean with a CFD app? That's an option, but you need to develop everything from scratch. It's an extremely challenging project, even for experienced programmers, and you would be getting just a few of the features SIP Caller provides. If you just need to start a few calls and you don't care about ease of use, visibility through dashboards, reporting, or agents productivity, you might want to explore that option. Otherwise I would try with a proven solution.
