3cx Records Meeting Missing

Good morning.
I have 3cx V16 on Windows Server 2019.
A client of mine created a meeting, it lasted 1h and 15 minutes.
He recorded the meeting, but I didn't get the email to download the recording.
Is there any way to get it back? For me it is fundamental.
I state that another test meeting created and recorded after the mail has arrived.
I tried to write to support but opening the ticket as a 3cx partner costs 75 €.

Please check the following first:

1. What SMTP are you using? You can check under Settings >> Email. Make sure you can pass the test.

2. Make sure the specific email address can receive emails from the 3CX PBX. (try sending a welcome email for instance)

If both work ok, please PM me the organizers webmeeting link so that we can see what we can do.

Good evening I checked and I don't have any links.
I tried to create two meetings with my account via webmeeting and I don't have any links
Maybe I had to do a conference and not a webmeeting?

In that case, it must've been deleted, meaning the recording will no longer be available I'm afraid.

Aren't webmeeting and conference the same thing?
I created a meeting on the fly on webmeeting, and why can't I see it in the meetings once it's finished?
While if I do Webconference I see it.
Where am I wrong?

A Webmeeting is a essentially a conference with video enabled(Video Conference).

If you use the QuickMeeting instead of create or schedule a video conference/webmeeting, it will not appear in the "Scheduled Conference" section, but you should still receive the webmeeting report if you end the meeting.

Could you PM me the organizer's extension number?
