3CX Remote Control - Mouse Pointer Problem

The mouse pointer distance greater than 5cm in 3CX Remote Control, so you can not get into the lower corners.
We have already tested everything. With identical resolution, etc. Always the same problem. You also have to be able to reproduce that?

The problem occurs with Windows if the scaling is not 100%. Ask for a solution, because for larger screens, the scaling is> 150-300% recommended by Windows. This has TeamViewer under control.

If problem occurs only on remote side with teamviewer , you surely have a screen bug driver, you need to ask support to TV.

Which version of TV are you using.? is it the latest V14?

A new, better and more easier to use remote control app will become available in the new few weeks to replace the current one embeded in WebMeeting. Please be patient for a while longer as we get this ready.
