Hi there,
I am having issues with my integration during CRM Query as when our agents dial a number with 00 in front, in the query it seems that 00 is ignored and this creates some unwanted contact matches.
For example 12345678 is Contact A and 0012345678 is Contact B
An agent calls Contact B and we see this:
Request text: https://xxx.salesforce.com/services/data/v37.0/search/?q=FIND {12345678} IN PHONE FIELDS RETURNING
This means that call log instead of being logged in Customer B, it gets logged in Customer A.
Is there a way to pass all digits, even 00 to prevent this kind of mismatch?
Thank you!
