3CX SBC not working

Hello,

I have 3CX on the cloud, installed SBC on my local system WIndows Server 2012 with a static IP and I checked open port on the router, port 5060 and 5090 are opened, disable windows firewall but can't get any connecting on the SBC to 3CX

That is the error I keep getting

I will appreciate if someone could help as we are setting up for work at home and we need this to work to be able to use our analog line with a grandstream HT812 and provision our grandstream phones over SBC

First of, close the ports ASAP. The SBC doesn't need any port forwarding. You open ports on the 3CX side.

1. Did you run a firewall test in 3CX? Did it pass?

This seems to be a network issue. What is your setup beside WS2012 (old by the way).

As for provisioning, ATAs are not supported in SBC mode, but you can configure it manually.

I disabled firewall on network where SBC is installed and it worked.

For the WS2012, I will do an upgrade, thanks

I await your directives on how to setup the HT812 manually to work in SBC mode.
