I have scheduled reports that fire off at 6:30PM, 11:30PM and others that fire at 8AM - Last night my 6:30 report arrived, the 11:30PM did not, the 8AM did not. When looking at the report page I scrolled down to find them there thinking the emails just weren't sent, but oddly they're not there as if the system isn't generating them.
I went ahead and attempted to manually create the report again and upon clicking submit I'm back at the report page, still no report generated! Looked through the 3cxManagementConsole.log file and see this:
which looks the same as the working 6:30PM report that was generated yesterday:
Is anybody else experiencing this issue, or know where to find additional logging relating to the reporting process?
