3CX Server Npcap Loopback Adapter

I've installed Wireshark on the 3CX server (Windows 10 Pro), which also installed and enabled the Npcap Loopback Adapter. Should I leave that enabled? 3CX recommends disabling all network adapters except for the Ethernet one.

You are ok, 3CX uses wireshark as a diagnostics application - so you can leave it.
