On our of clients 3CX machines had an issue where it had to go away and be fixed.

In the short time, I configured a new machine using a 3CX backup - which worked fine.

Now the original machine has been repaired, what is the best way on putting this system back online.

1. Can I switch off the temporary machine, and connect this machine back into the network.

2. Do I have to do a 3CX backup of the temporary machine, and reinstall on original machine.

Hi @Saqqara ,

you should take a backup (without License and FQDN) from the temporary machine and restore it to the original machine. If the hard drive on the original machine was not formatted during the repair then you will not need to uninstall and re-install the PBX.
