Hi,
3CX is Standard Perpetual 15.5.9348.3, Debian 9, VMware, all IP phones are Yealink T19 / T21 / T41 and Snom (all phones are officially supported).
Customer called me to say that phones are in a "no service" state nad calls are disconnected imidatly
In the record (kernel.log) I found this:
Apr 20 09:35:42 3cxdeb9 kernel: [1727790.720331] 3CXPhoneSystem [12787]: segfault na 0 ip 0000000000481412 sp 00007fda2d5e0ec0 Error 4 in 3CXPhoneSystem [400000 + 3c7000]
3CX PhoneSystem 01 SIP server not started.
I found two threads which explained that reason may be unsupported phones that send suspicious messages and eat all RAM, but this is not a problem (used 1GB, 3GB free).
I started manually SIP server services and after that everything is OK.
