Hi,
3CX is Standard Perpetual 15.5.9348.3, Debian 9, VMware, all IP phones are Yealink T19 / T21 / T41 and Snom (all phones are officially supported).
Customer called me to say that phones are in a "no service" state nad calls are disconnected imidatly
In the record (kernel.log) I found this:

Apr 20 09:35:42 3cxdeb9 kernel: [1727790.720331] 3CXPhoneSystem [12787]: segfault na 0 ip 0000000000481412 sp 00007fda2d5e0ec0 Error 4 in 3CXPhoneSystem [400000 + 3c7000]

3CX PhoneSystem 01 SIP server not started.
I found two threads which explained that reason may be unsupported phones that send suspicious messages and eat all RAM, but this is not a problem (used 1GB, 3GB free).
I started manually SIP server services and after that everything is OK.

Hello @mixig

There are a number or reasons that could cause a particular service to stop. Ram and disk space could be a cause as well as unsupported devices or even supported devices that were not configured correctly. If this was a one time incident i would keep an eye on it and see if it happens again. If it does you will need to enable verbose logging and see what is causing the service to stop.
