3cx settings Network FQDN how to change

can any one tell me how to change this Please as it is Greyed out on my system?

Hmm. Mine is not grayed out.

I think you could do a backup, uninstall and then reinstall & restore and set it during the wizard.

Try Advanced settings | Custom Parameters and modify Default Public IP or so, containing the FQDN, then restart the services.
