Please give me some help setting up 3cx to work on my VCX system:
Do I need to set up a special phone number for the softphone or use one that already is assigned to a physical phone?

I have entered the IP of my PBX: 192.168.xxx.xxx
IS there anything I need to set on the Advance settings tab?
