Last evening I updated one of my clients from V14 to V15. I restored from backup, created a 3cx fqdn, etc. Everything seemed to progress as normal but after the install was finished I noticed my phone blf keys were no longer indicating status. Also, whenever I tried to click on bridge settings or other Pro edition features it gives me the following error. "Feature not available in 3CX Pbx edition". On the status page it shows V15 pro is activated. I found some threads with similar problems that fixed it by clicking on edit license and resubmitting. This does not work. I tried uninstalling and installing again with same results. I also tried installing without restoring backup, created a new pbx, but used same license and I also get the same result.
I did open a ticket with my vendor but in the meantime, has anyone experienced similar issues? Any ideas on what else to look for?
