3cx sip phone will not register with 3cx

My 3cx sip phone will not register with 3cx.
Server status say Authorisation failure credentials don't match.
But they do match I have typed them in several times to sure.

Try to register without password at all. Just leave blank the password field in extension settings page at PBX configuration.
