today I tried to use skype gateway for 3cx but when I call my partner, 3cx guides me in all cases to his voicemail. The same happens to him. I have configured the gateway 1 month ago and it was up and running smoothly. I also updated 3cx server to sp5 today if this is kind of important.
The error that comes up in the caller's skype application when he shuts down the call is this:
"The call host is using an old version of skype that can't combine calls and IM at the same time. click here to create a new group with the same people".
Any advice would be helpful!
