We have a client that is currently using 3cx SMB Pro 20 hosted. After reviewing the threads, etc... We understand this version has been depreciated. We have advised the client of this change and they have agreed to remove two extensions to get them down to the 10 extension limit for the 3CX SMB free. We just want to clarify when their 3cx SMB Pro 20 license "expires" on two weeks that it will be automatically revert to the 3cx SMB Free version with out any interaction on our end. Correct?

We currently have a call queue set up. Will there be any functionality lost when the instance is reverted to the SMB Free version? As in we want to confirm that call queues are supported with the Free version. It seems to be the case, but I want to be sure.

Thanks,

When the SMB Pro subscriptions expire, the system will continue to function as it is without interruption. However, please note that you won’t be able to make configuration changes that increase usage. For example, if you delete an extension, you won’t be able to add a new one in its place.

Great.
We already deleted a couple of extensions to get them done to the maximum of 10, so we should be good.
Thank you so much for verifying that the system will continue to function with the reduced functionality of the free version.

You can also stay on 20 extensions even when the subscription expires. After expiry, though, if you delete an extesnion, you won't be able to re-add another in its place.
