3CX SMTP Failed Emails

Hello Everyone,

We use the 3CX SMTP mail server for email communications. I am tyring to figure out how I can get email bouncebacks or failure notifications. Has anyone been able to successfullly do this?

The reason I ask is we have inbound faxing setup to go to multiple email addresses. These emails belong to a mail server I do not manage nor have any insight into deliverabiliy. If an email fails to go though, I would like to know it before the client tells me faxing is broken.

Any help would be appreciated!

For this usecase you need to use your own mail server.
