I was just wondering about a few things with snom now 3CX has changed their custom templates policy on the standard version.
We used to change them, so you didn’t have to press the tick and the phone would auto dial, after 3 digit extension numbers beginning with 2 and auto dial with 11 digits beginning with 0
Also we cannot change the default ring tones anymore, if we do it via the phone the 3cx system overrides everything again, even the BLF for the line keys are auto labelled with the extension name and not line key 1 and line key 2 which now looks very odd, the most important one is we used to have a transfer ring tone and if the call was forced through the tone would change tone as a warning its now turned to blind.
be good if this could be added to the management console
