3cx Softphone CTI Mode and grandstream GXP1610

Kindly i had a problem am already configure 3cx softphone to work in cti mode but i don't know how to connect the hard phone to it
so could anybody help ?

Simply provision the phone via 3CX and use the 3CX Windows client in CTI mode.

Could you explain more ,

Does you mean i create extension then add phone and provision configure to it then change extension to softphone control ip phone and change softphone to cti

Yes. The phone needs to be assigned to the extension so the 3CX app knows where to send the CTI requests.

Then yes, change the Control to IP Phone/CTI.

It should, even in STUN or VPN. The command is sent by the PC to the phone directly.
