Simple setup - it's on the pc using headset. (I read about this forum's request to provide many details like provisioning method, trunk server, etc, when asking a question, but I do not even know what those are.) I simply have this on the pc I use.
I have the "record as local files" and "MP3 Stereo" check- marked.
Is the way to store recordings on my pc simply to uncheck store as local files - then will it give me an option on where to store - as I do not see the option/window to designate where to store?
Right now, all recordings are in the softphone console - would like to, for example, copy one of these files onto my pc - how to do so? I click a file but see no way to copy/move.
