Solved 3cx Softphones on mobile

Dears ,
Kindly i have customer need to use 3cx mobile application but he need to use it in local LAN which mean he doesn't has an internet service on his router so his server cant access internet ,Actually all another windows soft phones on laptops or web client is working well and each users can call themselves and hear each other through LAN and his mobile is registered and give him notification (ready to call) and ringing but no audio ,Once he make the router access internet he can use his mobile very well and each users can hear themselves So Kindly advice Is that really we cant use 3cx softphone mobile application if the 3cx server cant access internet.

As @Saqqara mentioned the system isn't designed to be used offline. Aside from requiring connection to our activation server, you'd also be missing out on updates, firmware updates of devices and more, therefore we can't endorse the use of 3CX offline.

3cx is already has its license and its working ,i know there is need to use internet for update but when 3cx is offline ,web client and windows client can work locally but only mobile client cant .Do you mean to open mobile client its mandatory to allow server to access internet.

The mobile client requires PUSH to receive information from the PBX.

How this works:
1. PBX sends PUSH request to Google/Apple servers
2. Google/Apple server then send PUSH message to mobile device
Both steps as you understand need internet, so both PBX and Mobile Clients need internet.
