3CX SP800 keypad not working

Hi, I installed an SP800. I tried with both Windows Store Apps and PWAs. If you make a call and enter an IVR, you can no longer make any selections. The keypad remains grey.

Hi Alle,

When using the apps, we do not support sending keypad DTMF while remote controlling IP phones.

And as far as I'm aware, even if you log into the SP800's own web UI, you still cannot press keys during a call.

If you press them while on an Active Call, it will just try to make a new call as seen below.


So I do not think this is doable unfortunately.
