Hi all,
Having some issues with the 3CX standard/free licence (4SC) activation, our PBX system was running on the free 8SC trial for the 1st year which expired today.
After receiving the expiry message in the dashboard we have switched it over to a 4SC (free) licence for the time being via the 3CX portal.
However, in the 3CX portal under subscription the subscription status is showing as expired. The PBX dashboard is also showing as Activation Failed however when I click on the licence key to see the full licence details it shows as Activated (although expiry date is today's date). There doesn't seem to be anything that jumps out showing what might be the problem, and other than this hiccup the PBX has been running perfectly fine up until today.
Running v18 Update 3 (Build 461) on the Debian ISO.
Any ideas would be appreciated, to me it seems it may be something with the key on 3CX's side but wanted to see what else we could try first.
Thank you in advance.
