3CX StartUP Free - Delete subscription

Hello

We have setup a new 3CX Startup Free for a client, I understand it is free but it has none of the functions of the 3cx full system where 3CX would host it free for the 1st year than £120.00

How do we delete this subscription

Hi @Saqqara,

If you want to delete the StartUp system, you can do the following:

1) Login to your customer/partner portal
2) Go to the Systems page (for partner portal is 'My Systems')
3) Select the subscription you want to delete.
4) Press the 'Delete' button and the StartUp instance will be deleted.

We do not have the Delete button to delete the subscription.

We are logged into our Partner Portal

Hi,

So it seems that the subscription is not assigned to you as the owner. You will need to contact the owner of this subscription in order to do so.
