3CX StartUP is a cloud-native solution hosted on a shared instance. It is available for up to 10 users for free forever and can be upsized to StartUP PRO for up to 20 users with additional features. For details and pricing please check out our pricing page.

It is managed by 3CX entirely and it's perfect for startups and smaller businesses. The subscription and the hosting are combined and cannot be migrated to other environments. For more information, it would be best to contact your sales representative for a quick presentation.

Silly question about switching to Startup Free, it says it doesn't include busy lamp field, does this mean the busy lamps on a phone just won't do anything at all or do we just lose the ability to reconfigure them? Or is Startup Free a softphone-only service?
