Hey all, new to the SIP world and new to the 3CX product, trying to learn it to see if it might be a replacement down the road.

Does anyone know where I might find a step-by-step guide to create a SIP trunk between the two allowing extensions on both sides to dial the other?

Hi @minion

I don't think you will find a step-by-step guide for this as neither side has tested something like this. You could create a bridge on the 3CX side and connect them that way or you could create a generic SIP Trunk and manually set that up. Both methods will require some knowledge of the 2 products so someone who has already done this could provide instructions or you could speak to a 3CX partner and see if they can assist you.

I had just seen various comments in the threads with people having issues and tips to resolve them, but I might have missed the information on the actual configuration. So was kind of hoping if I missed it I might be directed toward it, or maybe this subject might be a good place for future searchers.
