3CX supplied Snom firmware 10.1.193.14

Got multiple customers complaining about low audio volume on Snom D735. We can resolve this by using unsupported firmware option in 3CX and upload the Snom 10.1.193.14 release firmware.
But i highly prefer a 3CX supported and checked release of the latest snom firmware.
Can anyone from 3CX tell me of the 3CX release is coming very soon? With update 6 final perhaps?

Absolutely yes, and Snom is working on some pending issues before they can release the next version, the plan being that they can address a number of issues with a single unified release. (sorry, no ETA announced yet)

Ok thanks for the reply When i decide to install the latest snom firmware and after i switch back from "use Untested - Unsupported Firmware back to "Use 3CX Supported Firmware (recommended) will it automatic revert the untested firmware back to the 3CX supported one?
The low audio issue is a real problem which need to be addressed customers are getting annoyed so i have to use the unsupported firmware at multiple 3CX instances.

No it will not. The system will download the 3CX Supported firmware, but will not deploy it on the phones.

But after you apply it once to a single D735 phone, all the rest of the D735 will also be able to see it and will eventually re-flash themselves to the supported version without any further action from you. This is on a per model basis specifically for Snom phones, this is how they currently work.
