3CX system for Windows 2008 cluster configuration

Hello,
We will be installing 3CX system onto a Windows 2008 cluster configuration. Do we need an extra license for this installation? Or we can still install using one license since there will only be one 3CX server running at any one time?

One license for 1 server running at a time is ok, but from my understanding when you start up on a different server (probably a mac address check) then it will require reactivating with 3cx.
