3CX Technical Support AI Assistant

I received an email from 3CX today;

"We’ve launched the new free 3CX Technical Support AI Assistant, now available in BETA and we'd like you to try it."

I thought I would have a bit of a play and as I was testing some trunks on another platform I wanted to see how well the AI would handle SIP issues. The AI is convinced I can upload files but there seems to be no way to do this, am I just a bit early as this is still beta or is there a trick to uploading a file (pcap in this case).

Very nice and very useful!

I tested it in Egyptian Arabic and it works fine except for one issue. Answers should be displayed RTL not LTR as mixing Arabic and English in one line disturbs the order of words within the line. I guess this is needed for all RTL languages and Dialects.
