3cx to Budgetphone

Hello I m new so I hope I post it on the right topic.

I m trying all morning to implement a phonenummer form Budgetphone in my 3cx application but it doesn't register.
I followed the instructions of a pdf whicht I found somewhere at this forum but unfortunately it doesn't work.

is the someone who can help me to get this right?
