3CX transcription (stereo) and render

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a way to make the render of the full transcription more readeable (in hubspot) when using 3CX transcription with stéréo mode.
The render in Hubspot is actually a wall of text.
Is there a way to keep the 3CX interface presentation ?

Maybe by modifying the template a bit to format the transcript with HTML line breaks, like it is done for chat messages.

There is </br> between items, put the transcription comes with [Transcription] only.

You could use the Replace method invocation, for example:
