3cx transfer call

I have a following scenario and i want to know if possible and how i do it.
Reception receive external call - the guy asking to speak for example with accounts department. How can be reception first speak with accounts reception and after transfer him the line? Now if i press on extension is transfer immediately the line to this extension

Then the suggestion of @Saqqara would be valid.

Go to the User's Phone Provisioning Tab and select the option for Attended transfer and save.

you would then need to go to the phones page, select the device and click Reprovision, so the phone picks up its new configuration.
