3CX- Unregistered Users Showing for All on team

Since Version 20 build 3 our entire company of users now see all unregistered users on teams page. Can’t find in admin portal to hide for everyone, can only turn off in web app per user.

We use a number of unregistered users as forwarding our calls to an after hours call centre. Need to be able to hide globally for all users

So weird it only changed after the last update.
Wheel would any user want to see unregistered extensions. Sounds silly to me!

Standard is that they dont see the offline extensions.

I agree, hence why you should be able to hide offline or unregistered extensions globally from admin side not user end

Following on from this, the "Hide from Contacts" used to hide them form the presence screen, this no longer works either. We have a few dummy extension for a multi-tenant customer, and we cannot hide them from the users view, they don't need to see these!

Interesting! All done the latest update too? Like us! One update has changed it all

V18, this is exacly what we need back in V20, it worked on the old 3cx app too, but seems not to on V20 App now.

I don't believe it does the same as before on V18 with the V18 app, it's worded slightly differently and on V18 it even states to "Hide from Phonebook and 3CX Apps" But the only way now seems to move them out of the group, but we want them to manage the group as a department admin, but not be seen in the list as they don't have a physical phone, just a login to manage.
