3CX update issue from V18 to V20

We are using 3CX self-hosted. We are trying to update V18 to V20. Our 3CX server configuration has 2 CPUs, 4 GB RAM, 20 GB storage, and 8 GB free. We are getting your 3CX Debian OS failed to update
3CX Phone System Management Console ID: 10012.

8GB free isnt enough... What does your log say?

I am not getting logs. In the minimum config, it was mentioned that 5 GB should be free, so I extended the space.

Try more space, you should get an email with logs why your upgrade fails.

Thanks. I will try adding more space, but when I check my email, no logs have been mailed. Is there any setting that needs to be enabled for it?

No, this email should be always sent.

If you didn't restart the 3CX there should be a /tmp/debian10to12.log file.

I checked the temp there is no such file named debian10to12.log.file but there was UPDATE_FAILED I viewed that it had following logs.

If you mean additional packages: all of them. You should know them if you've installed them.

If you've included additional repositories: all of them. They're easy to find, look for .list files in /etc/apt and /etc/apt/sources.d/ .

If you're unsure about what you've ever done with this 3CX or what other have done with it before, create a full backup, offload it, check it and reinstall 3CX from scratch using the v20 ISO. This is probably easier in your case.
