3cx v11 and Cisco SPA504g

Hi all,
I have 3cx v11 sp4 and SPA504g phones.
Is it possible to have a different ring tone for internal and external calls?
Is it possible to search phone book from the phone by letters rather than scrolling down with navigation keys?

This is the only article that I recall ever coming across on the subject. I have to assume that it is still relevant as it hasn't been updated (that I'm aware of).

Distinctive ring was added to the v11 template.. and was rather annoying for my client when first experienced. They were pissed at the default for external calls.. couldn't blame 'em.

The specifics, I do not recall. I do know that the 50x template had some new entries for different ringtone entries.. had to map them to the tones from the 50x documentation at Cisco to figure them out. A particular firmware rev added a few more for that matter..
