3cx v12 provisioning htek uc804 ip phone

Hi there,

We've 3cx v12 system running and I want to buy Htek uc804 IP Phone which is supported on 3cx system.

Phone provisioning for Uc804 is clearly explained in the following article. http://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/htek-uc804-uc840-uc860/

However I can not see the model for Htek UC804 in the extensions-> phone provisioning tab -> Model (dropdown menu to select the model)

Should I buy this phone and provision without any problems?

What should I do when I should select the model? The model isnt in the list!!!!

Have you checked for latest Phone Provisioning Updates to see if UC804 requires downloading
