3CX v15.5 - Play audio before dial out - it's possible?

Hi,

We would like to play a sound on each dialed number, something like "Pls wait, we are trying to establish connection for you".

Today when we dial using Android app, we hear 2 or 03 rings and then more ring for siptrunk itself dialing...

It's possible?

Not that I am aware of as standard with the PBX (Not without routing the call to other extensions and complicating things) perhaps explore this option with the call flow designer almost anything is possible with that!

I believe this could be achieved with the Call Flow Designer however i am not really the right person to answer this question.

While possible to do, I don't think this is going to be an improvement over the current situation. The only way that a CFD could be used would be for you first to dial the CFD extension, have the CFD play the message, then have the CFD prompt you for the number you wish to dial. Then, rather than hearing ringing as you would expect, you would hear on-hold music while 3CX is trying to connect to the remote party. In other words, I think this would be less desirable than what you are experiencing now..
