does any one know what this error can be.i have done this setup exactly as the documentation show.

This doesn't seem to be the template we provide for Salesforce integration, as you're sending requests to test.salesforce.com instead of login.salesforce.com. Did you make any change to the default template to target a testing sandbox?

The problem is that Salesforce is returning an HTML page, when the web service should return a JSON response. Probably this HTML page contains some error description, but we can't see that from the screenshot, you will need to scroll down to see it... That error description will give you some pointers...

yes we did change the salesforce url to do testing on sandbox .

i will post the complete log on that test.

How did you change your template? It seems that you're sending the login request to:
https://test.salesforce.com

But it should be sent to:
https://test.salesforce.com/services/oauth2/token

So, instead of sending the request to the OAuth2 endpoint, you're sending it to the login page... That's why the response is HTML...

Please ensure that you just change "login" to "test", but keep everything else as in the original template.
