Solved 3CX v15 SSL certificate not renew

I'm using FQDN provided by 3CX. SSL certificate expired on 23 Jul 2018 and not renewing. 3CX hosted at Azure cloud. Thanks.

Do you have active maintenance? Also did you receive an email that the renewal failed?

Yes. Maintenance active until 05 April 2019. I didn't receive any email for renewal failed.

Please note that the PBX will try to renew the certificate every night. Is the server left running after hours so it can try to renew the certificate?

Server auto shutdown everyday 11PM Singapore time. If i let it on tonight will certificate auto renew?

Yes if you leave it running through the night the PBX will try to renew the certificate.
