3CX V18 Desktop App - Drag and Drop Transfers

I don't understand why 3CX would remove the Windows drag and drop transfer feature for V18. Does anyone at 3CX know if they are going to re-implement this? This was a great selling feature!

Hi!

Currently as you are aware this is not an available feature of the WebClient/Desktop App/PWA, it only exists in the 'legacy' Windows Client.

For users that rely on this, you can consider for the time being letting them use the old client. While it is EOL, it currently does work with V18 U2 and U3.

We are reviewing though the possibility of adding the "drag and drop to transfer" feature to the WebClient/Desktop App though at some point in the future if it is technically possible.
