I am running out of options to try.. Yesterday made an upgrade from debian 9 to debian 10 and upgraded to v18. I installed the v18 on another server (with a different IP). Restored a previous backup. I have two Voip Providers (Cheapconnect with two telephone numbers and Zadarma with one number). The SIP trunks are registrated without any errors and online. Outbound calling is no problem. But inbound calling doesn't work anymore. Both providers return "phonenumbers are not in use". I ran a firewall check and noticed there are several errors:

- Detecting SIP ALG ... not detected
- Testing port 5060 ,,, Mapping does not match 5060. Mapping is 1030
-
And testing ports 9000 - etc full cone test failed

I then checked the firewall. Except the usual ports, port 5060 was not mapped. I tried to map port 5060 but the router/firewall does not allow it. It looks like it is allready in use (Sagemcom F5359 provider Dutch KPN). Cheapconnects supports other ports like 5070. So I made an mapping from inbound * port 5070 to 192.xx.xx.162 port 5060

No results, still no inbound calls.

Suggestions are very welcome

HI @mickeyr61

Were the trunks working before with the previous IP? If so why not use the previous IP?
Also some routers have 5060 reserved and will not allow you to map it until you disable SIP on them. Whatever the case is though you should make sure that you can pass the firewall checker to avoid any issues in the future.

Thank you for your reply! The trunks where working ok on the previous IP. Switching back to the old IP is not an easy option, because it is in use by other hard/software now. The router has not much options to set (are blocked bu the Internet Provider) I don't know if port 5060 is causing this problem. When I check the status at the SIP provider it says SIP status online, SIP user agent 3CXPhoneSystem 18.0.0.1880 (1880).

Is there any logfile that I can check to see if traffic is reaching the 3CX server?

You could put the PBX in the Cloud and bypass any ports issues using the SBC/Webclient.

When an ISP blocks everything on their router, it's not a good way to host a PBX.

Sure, you can check the Activity log on the dashboard. You can also set the logging level to Verbose for maximum details.
I would follow Fredericks advice though and move to the cloud since you do not have control of your router

As above put the 3cx in the cloud - not 3cx hosted solution as your sip providers are not 3cx supported in the cloud

3cx supported cloud solutions - google, azure and Amazon https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/
