3cx v20 Fanvil x6u-v2 on firmware 2.12.16.21 phone blank after checking voicemail

We are running the unsupported .21 firmware due to some firmware bug effecting the bluetooth operation on these phones...

Often when this client is checkking the voicemail the phone just blanks out... as shown here...



Anyone else see this?

You must ensure supported devices using supported firmware that is mentioned here and in your case it should be 2.12.17
