3cx v20 mobile client list in gui

hi. After v20 we can not get list of extension's mobile app registration. in phones menu users mobile registration only visible in brief time due phone call to mobile app but after that quickly disapper.

how can i get list of which user provisioned with mobile app on ios or android in v20 ?

You can see active connections from the dashboard but there is no other way unless they're actively on a call.

I agree it would be nice to have a list of which extensions have active registrations for Android or iOS apps. It used to show briefly in the "phones" list during an active call, but that doesn't happen anymore since v20.

The only way I have discovered to find out the app type and version is to enable the option to "monitor connection quality" for the extension. After a call, you can look at the connection quality report in the web portal via the call log or the event log and the call details will include the client app type and version used for that call.
