3CX V20 not updating certificate

3CX v20 did not update certificate so web client is not accessible for domain name. It is a 3cx.us domain and we have tried the command (“C:\Program Files\3CX Phone System\Bin\PbxConfigTool.exe” -renew-certificates) and it didn't work. We are only using IPv4. and the server has a valid license. The IPv4 address is only used by 3CX.

I can see that this certificate has been renewed. It is possible it might have been a minor glitch at the time of renewal.

Just so you are aware, we begin the renewal process when the certificates have 1 month remaining to expire, so if anything like this does happen it will attempt again in 24 hours.

You would only need to be alarmed if it fails 2 days in a row, but you would still have 28 days remaining to troubleshoot.
