3cx v20 - Phonebook Yealink T54W

Hi All,

I was adding contacts to my 3cx (Version 20.0 Update 0 Build 1494) and when checked on desk phone it display contact name etc but it displays only 1 phone number (contact have mobile, home and business numbers) and only for mobile phone 1 field.

Anyone have this same issue - is this bug that need to be fix?

This normal behavior. You could try the script posted in the german forum for this problem. But i am not sure it still works on v20

When provisioning deskphones, the phonebook will only content the mobile number of the contact, only that field is provisioned.

Any plans to change that?
Can I modify this in phone template?
If I put number to field mobile 2 it also don't display phone number.

This problem exist since years, i am sure its not on the roadmap to change this. You could try this (sorry only in german) https://www.3cx.de/forum/threads/vollständige-telefonbücher-für-gigaset-und-snom-workaround.96828/

Only the first Mobile number is provisioned in the phone.



Using the 3CX Apps you will get all the contact numbers, as alternative you can use the webclient, pwa to control the IP phone in case you need to dial another number in the contact.

This would be the best/easiest way to resolv this problem.

The problem start when you have phone that is installed in warehouse without access to computer and this phone is used by number of warehouse ops that are not office base and don't have own account.

Than you could try my link, but be sure to take a backup from the vm before.
